Method
Prepare the Cookie Dough

- In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.

- Fold in the melted white chocolate and chopped Reese's peanut butter cups.
Assemble and Bake
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Make a small indentation in the center of each cookie and fill it with the cheesecake mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
