Preparation Instructions
- Lay out a sheet of wax paper on a flat surface for placing the finished pretzels after assembly.
- Break the white chocolate almond bark into squares and place them in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute, then stir. Continue heating in 30-second intervals, stirring after each until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
- Using a piping bag, Ziploc bag with the corner snipped off, or a small spoon, carefully fill the center of each pretzel with the melted white chocolate, aiming to create a heart shape.
- Immediately after filling each pretzel, sprinkle heart-shaped sprinkles over the chocolate before it sets. Work in batches of about 5 pretzels at a time to ensure the chocolate doesn’t harden before sprinkling.
- Let the pretzels rest at room temperature for 20-30 minutes until the white chocolate is completely hardened and set.
- Once firm, serve the pretzels immediately or store them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to several days.
