Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cranberry juice
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 can sparkling water (12 ounces)
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 apple, cored and sliced
  • 1/3 cup frozen cranberries
  • Ice for serving

Method
 

  1. Fill your pitcher halfway with ice. Arrange slices of oranges and apples against the inside walls of the pitcher.
  2. Scatter the frozen cranberries on top of the ice and fruit slices.
  3. Pour in the cranberry juice and orange juice over the ice and fruit.
  4. Stir all ingredients together gently, then cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  5. Just before serving, pour in the sparkling water.
  6. Fill glasses with ice cubes, and pour the sangria over the ice, ensuring each glass receives some fruit slices.
  7. Add extra orange slices or a few more frozen cranberries to each glass.
