Prepare the Tofu

- Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
Coat the Tofu
- In a bowl, mix cornstarch, flour, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the tofu cubes in the mixture until evenly coated.
Bake the Tofu
- Spread the coated tofu on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Make the Orange Sauce
- In a saucepan, combine orange juice, soy sauce, maple syrup, rice vinegar, ginger, and garlic.
- Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- Stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens.
Combine and Serve
- In a large bowl, toss the baked tofu with the orange sauce until well coated.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
