  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese Sharp or mild
  • 4 large Tortillas Flour or whole wheat
  • 1 cup Lettuce Shredded
  • 0.5 cup Cream cheese Softened
Optional Ingredients
  • 0.25 cup Sliced bell peppers Any color
  • 0.25 cup Sliced cucumbers For crunch
  • 0.25 cup Mustard For added flavor

Method
 

Prepare the Tortillas
  1. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese over each tortilla.
