Prepare Cauliflower
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt.
- Gradually whisk in water until the batter is smooth.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, allowing excess to drip off.
- Place the battered florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake Cauliflower
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Make Bang Bang Sauce
- In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice until well combined.
Serve
- Once the cauliflower is done, remove from the oven and drizzle with Bang Bang sauce.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
