Ingredients
  

Cauliflower
  • 1 large head cauliflower cut into florets
Batter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour or gluten-free flour
  • 1 cup water adjust for consistency
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or vegan mayo
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons green onions chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Method
 

Prepare Cauliflower
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt.
  3. Gradually whisk in water until the batter is smooth.
  4. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, allowing excess to drip off.
  5. Place the battered florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake Cauliflower
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Make Bang Bang Sauce
  1. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice until well combined.
Serve
  1. Once the cauliflower is done, remove from the oven and drizzle with Bang Bang sauce.
  2. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes
