Ingredients
  

Protein and Vegetables
  • 1 lb ground turkey lean
  • 4 cups broccoli florets fresh or frozen
Sauces and Seasonings
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce low sodium
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp sriracha adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for cooking

Method
 

Cook the Turkey
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Break the turkey into small pieces with a spatula as it cooks.
Add Broccoli
  1. Add broccoli florets to the skillet and stir to combine with the turkey.
  2. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until broccoli is tender.
Make the Sauce
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, and sriracha.
  2. Pour the sauce over the turkey and broccoli mixture, stirring to coat evenly.
Serve
  1. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through. Serve warm in bowls.
