  • 2 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • 1 cup tomato diced
  • 1 cup bell pepper diced
  • 1 cup red onion thinly sliced
Protein Options
  • 1 cup grilled chicken sliced
  • 1 cup turkey sliced
  • 1 cup ham sliced
  • 1 cup tofu cubed
Toppings
  • 1 cup shredded cheese optional
  • 1/2 cup pickles sliced
  • 1/4 cup olives sliced
  • 1/4 cup jalapeños sliced
Dressing
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing or dressing of choice
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce optional

Method
 

Prepare the Base
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, cucumber, tomato, bell pepper, and red onion.
  2. Toss the vegetables together until well mixed.
Add Protein
  1. Add your choice of protein (grilled chicken, turkey, ham, or tofu) to the bowl.
  2. Gently mix to combine all ingredients.
Add Toppings and Dressing
  1. Sprinkle shredded cheese, pickles, olives, and jalapeños over the top.
  2. Drizzle ranch dressing and hot sauce over the salad.
  3. Toss everything together until evenly coated with dressing.
Serve
  1. Divide the mixture into bowls and serve immediately.
