  • 1/2 cup almond butter or any nut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup for vegan option
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
Flavor Ingredients
  • 1 cup diced fresh strawberries or freeze-dried strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Method
 

Prepare the Mixture
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond butter, honey, and shredded coconut.
  2. Add diced strawberries, vanilla extract, and salt to the mixture.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.
Form the Bites
  1. Using your hands, take small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls.
  2. Place the energy bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Chill and Serve
