Ingredients
  

Eggs
  • 6 large eggs hard-boiled
Filling
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
Decoration
  • 12 slices black olives pitted
  • 12 teaspoons sriracha sauce for blood effect

Method
 

Prepare the Eggs
  1. Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of water, bringing it to a boil, then letting them simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and cool in ice water.
  2. Once cooled, peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
Make the Filling
  1. Remove the yolks from the egg halves and place them in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper to the yolks and mash until smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag.
Assemble the Eyeballs
  1. Pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  2. Place a slice of black olive on top of each filled egg to resemble an eyeball.
  3. Drizzle sriracha sauce around the eggs for a bloody effect.
