Method
Prepare the Eggs
- Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of water, bringing it to a boil, then letting them simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and cool in ice water.
- Once cooled, peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
Make the Filling
- Remove the yolks from the egg halves and place them in a mixing bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper to the yolks and mash until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a piping bag.
Assemble the Eyeballs
- Pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- Place a slice of black olive on top of each filled egg to resemble an eyeball.
- Drizzle sriracha sauce around the eggs for a bloody effect.
