Chicken Marinade
  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless and skinless
  • 1 cup Buttermilk for marinating
  • 2 tablespoons Hot Sauce adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
Creamy Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Sour Cream
  • 1 tablespoon Hot Sauce adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Dill
Sandwich Assembly
  • 4 buns Burger Buns toasted
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 1 tomato Tomato sliced
  • 1 cup Pickles sliced

Method
 

Marinate Chicken
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine buttermilk, hot sauce, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken breasts and ensure they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Prepare Creamy Sauce
  1. In another bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, hot sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, and dried dill until smooth. Set aside.
Cook Chicken
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade and grill for about 6-7 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Assemble Sandwiches
  1. On each toasted bun, layer shredded lettuce, a grilled chicken breast, sliced tomato, pickles, and drizzle with the creamy sauce. Top with the other half of the bun and serve.
