Ingredients
  

Chicken Marinade
  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless and skinless
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Creamy Sauce
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
Sandwich Assembly
  • 4 buns Burger Buns toasted
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 1 tomato Tomato sliced
  • 1 cucumber Cucumber sliced

Method
 

Marinate Chicken
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken breasts and coat well. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Prepare Creamy Sauce
  1. In another bowl, mix mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, and salt until smooth. Set aside.
Cook Chicken
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
Assemble Sandwich
  1. Spread the creamy sauce on the bottom half of each toasted bun. Place grilled chicken on top, followed by lettuce, tomato, and cucumber. Top with the other half of the bun.
