  • 8 oz smoked salmon thinly sliced
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup cucumber thinly sliced
  • 1 cup red bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 4 large tortilla wraps whole wheat or spinach

Method
 

Prepare the Filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, lemon juice, and chopped dill. Mix until smooth.
  2. Add the sliced cucumber and red bell pepper to the cream cheese mixture and stir gently to combine.
Assemble the Roll Ups
  1. Lay a tortilla wrap flat on a cutting board.
  2. Spread a quarter of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
  3. Place a few slices of smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other, ensuring the filling stays inside.
  5. Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and filling.
Slice and Serve
  1. Using a sharp knife, slice each roll into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Arrange the roll ups on a serving platter and serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
