Prepare the Potatoes

Mash and Mix

- Add butter, milk, smoked Gouda, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the potatoes.
- Mash the potatoes until smooth and creamy, adjusting the consistency with more milk if needed.
Serve
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve warm, garnished with extra cheese if desired.
