Method
Prepare the Muffin Tin
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a muffin tin with olive oil.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Mix Wet Ingredients
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, beaten egg, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, and olive oil.
Combine and Fill
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
Bake
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
