Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 1 cup milk preferably whole milk
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 4 olive oil plus extra for greasing

Method
 

Prepare the Muffin Tin
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a muffin tin with olive oil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Mix Wet Ingredients
  1. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, beaten egg, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, and olive oil.
Combine and Fill
  1. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  2. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
Bake
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
  2. Remove from the oven and let cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
