Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 12 oz Radiatore Pasta or any pasta of choice
Creamy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil for sautéing
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream for creaminess
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Basil chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Cook the Pasta
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the radiatore pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. Drain the pasta in a colander and set aside.
Prepare the Sauce
  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  2. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  3. Season the sauce with salt and black pepper to taste.
Combine and Serve
  1. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the creamy sauce. Toss to coat the pasta evenly.
  2. Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil.
