Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients
  • 3 cups Rice Krispies
  • 1 cup peanut butter creamy or crunchy
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

Method
 

Prepare the Mixture
  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and sugar together, stirring until combined.
  2. Add the peanut butter and continue stirring until smooth and well combined.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the mini marshmallows until they are melted and the mixture is smooth.
Combine with Rice Krispies
  1. In a large mixing bowl, add the Rice Krispies.
  2. Pour the melted peanut butter and marshmallow mixture over the Rice Krispies and stir until evenly coated.
Set and Serve
  1. Press the mixture firmly into a greased 9x9 inch baking pan.
  2. Allow to cool for about 10 minutes before cutting into squares.

Notes
