  • 1.5 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 1.5 cups almond milk
  • 0.25 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cup peanut butter
  • 0.25 cup jelly any flavor

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease or line an 8×8 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Stir well.
  3. Add the almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and peanut butter to the dry mixture. Stir thoroughly.
  4. Pour the oatmeal batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly. Dollop the jelly on top.
  5. Use a knife to gently swirl the jelly into the surface of the batter.
  6. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until set.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes. Cut into four portions and serve.
