- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease or line an 8×8 inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Stir well.
- Add the almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and peanut butter to the dry mixture. Stir thoroughly.
- Pour the oatmeal batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly. Dollop the jelly on top.
- Use a knife to gently swirl the jelly into the surface of the batter.
- Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until set.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes. Cut into four portions and serve.
