Ingredients
  

Meat and Vegetables
  • 1 lb ground pork can substitute with ground chicken or turkey
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage green or purple cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup green onions sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger minced
  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos or soy sauce if not strict paleo
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil for cooking
Seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 1 tsp black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes optional, for heat

Method
 

Cook the Meat
  1. In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the ground pork and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add the minced garlic and ginger, and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add Vegetables
  1. Stir in the shredded cabbage, carrots, and green onions. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender.
Season and Serve
  1. Add the coconut aminos, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  2. Serve hot in bowls and enjoy!
