Method
Cook the Beef
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Drain excess fat if necessary.
Add Vegetables
- Add minced garlic, bell pepper, and zucchini to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Add cherry tomatoes and spinach, cooking until spinach wilts, about 2-3 minutes.
Season and Serve
- Sprinkle oregano, salt, and black pepper over the stir-fry. Mix well to combine and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve hot, optionally over rice or with pita bread.
