Ingredients
  

Chicken Marinade
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into strips
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
Wrap Filling
  • 4 large whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • 1 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 cup mixed greens
Yogurt Sauce
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Method
 

Marinate the Chicken
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken strips and coat well. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Cook the Chicken
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
Prepare the Yogurt Sauce
  1. In a small bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, dill, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Assemble the Wraps
  1. Lay a tortilla flat and layer with mixed greens, grilled chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta cheese. Drizzle with yogurt sauce.
  2. Wrap tightly and slice in half to serve.
