Prepare the Mixture
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, bread crumbs, beaten egg, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, salt, black pepper, feta cheese, and parsley. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Form the mixture into patties, about 3 inches in diameter.
Cook the Patties
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Add the patties to the pan and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Serve
- Remove the patties from the pan and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy with a side salad or in a pita.
