- In a mixing bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, zucchini, bell pepper, and red onion.
Season the Vegetables
- Drizzle the olive oil over the vegetables and sprinkle with oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
Arrange in Baking Dish
- Spread the seasoned vegetables in an even layer in a baking dish.
- Place the fish fillets on top of the vegetables.
