Method
Prepare the Oven and Baking Sheet

- In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and egg until smooth.
Combine Mixtures
- Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips if using.
Bake the Cookies
- Drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
Cool and Serve
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
