Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 12 oz Farfalle pasta
Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp Red pepper flakes optional
Garnish
  • 1/4 cup Fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

Method
 

Cook the Pasta
  1. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the farfalle pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Sauce
  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  2. Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Bring to a simmer.
  3. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes (if using). Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Cook for 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Combine and Serve
  1. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly. Remove from heat.
  2. Garnish with fresh basil and sun-dried tomatoes before serving.
