Ingredients
  

Burger Patty Ingredients
  • 1 lb Ground Beef 80/20 blend for juiciness
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Toppings
  • 4 slices Cheddar Cheese Optional
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes Halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber Sliced
  • 1 cup Avocado Sliced
  • 1 cup Red Onion Thinly sliced
Wraps
  • 1 head Romaine Lettuce Leaves separated
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil For grilling

Method
 

Prepare the Burger Patties
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.
  2. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
Cook the Patties
  1. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  2. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
  3. If using cheese, place a slice on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
Assemble the Wraps
  1. Take a romaine lettuce leaf and place a cooked burger patty in the center.
  2. Top with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, and red onion as desired.
  3. Wrap the lettuce around the fillings and enjoy!
