Ingredients
  

Yogurt Base
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt plain, unsweetened
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup key lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest for extra flavor
Toppings
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs for crust flavor
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut unsweetened
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds or other nuts
  • 1/4 cup lime wedges for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Yogurt Base
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, key lime juice, and lime zest. Mix until smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey.
Spread and Freeze
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly on the parchment paper, about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs, shredded coconut, and sliced almonds over the top.
  4. Place in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until completely frozen.
Serve
  1. Once frozen, remove from the freezer and break into pieces.
  2. Garnish with lime wedges before serving.
