Method
Prepare the Yogurt Base
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, key lime juice, and lime zest. Mix until smooth.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey.
Spread and Freeze
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly on the parchment paper, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs, shredded coconut, and sliced almonds over the top.
- Place in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until completely frozen.
Serve
- Once frozen, remove from the freezer and break into pieces.
- Garnish with lime wedges before serving.
