Ingredients
  

Chicken and Seasoning
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Dressing
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce optional
Vegetables and Toppings
  • 1 cup jalapeños sliced, seeds removed
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup green onions chopped
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. If using raw chicken, grill or cook it in a skillet until fully cooked, then shred or dice.
Make the Dressing
  1. In another bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, and hot sauce until smooth.
Combine Ingredients
  1. Add the chicken mixture, jalapeños, cherry tomatoes, and green onions to the dressing. Stir until everything is well coated.
  2. Top with shredded cheddar cheese before serving.
