Ingredients
  

Slider Buns
  • 12 pieces slider buns preferably soft and fresh
Italian Meats
  • 6 oz salami thinly sliced
  • 6 oz ham thinly sliced
  • 6 oz capicola thinly sliced
Cheese
  • 6 oz provolone cheese sliced
Vegetables
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce for topping
  • 1 medium tomato sliced
  • 1/4 cup banana peppers sliced
Condiments
  • 1/4 cup olive oil for drizzling
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar for flavor
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning for seasoning

Method
 

Prepare the Buns
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
  2. Drizzle the bottom halves with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
Layer the Fillings
  1. Layer the salami, ham, and capicola evenly over the bottom halves of the buns.
  2. Add a layer of provolone cheese on top of the meats.
  3. Top with shredded lettuce, tomato slices, and banana peppers.
Bake the Sliders
  1. Place the top halves of the buns on the fillings and press down gently.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden.
Serve
  1. Remove from the oven, slice into individual sliders, and serve warm.
