  • 1 cup mini pretzel twists
  • 1 cup mini pretzel rods
  • 1 cup mini bread sticks
  • 2 cups mixed nuts (almonds, whole cashews, and pistachios)
  • 1 cup bagel chips (rye or plain)
Sauce
  • ¾ cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the Chex cereals, mini pretzel twists, mini pretzel rods, mini bread sticks, bagel chips, and mixed nuts.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Add Worcestershire sauce, honey, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, cayenne pepper, and chili powder to the melted butter, then whisk thoroughly.
  4. Pour the sauce over the dry snack mix and stir gently to coat all pieces evenly.
  5. Transfer the coated snack mix onto a baking tray and spread it out into a single layer.
  6. Bake for about 1 hour and 15 minutes, stirring every 20 to 25 minutes, until the mix is evenly crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely on the tray before serving or storing in an airtight container.
