- In a mason jar or a container, combine the rolled oats, milk, sugar, chia seeds, cardamom powder, salt, and crushed saffron. Stir well to ensure all ingredients are mixed evenly.
- Cover the container and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or up to 2 days, allowing the oats to soak and absorb the flavors.
- Before serving, stir in half of the chopped pistachios. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more sugar if desired.
- Top the oats with the remaining chopped pistachios and serve chilled.
