Method
Prepare the Tea
- Boil 4 cups of filtered water in a teapot.
- Once boiling, remove from heat and add the green tea leaves and grated ginger.
- Steep for 5 minutes, then strain the tea into a pitcher.
Mix and Chill
- Add the freshly squeezed orange juice and honey to the tea, stirring until the honey is dissolved.
- Let the mixture cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Serve
- Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the chilled tea over the ice.
- Garnish with orange slices and serve immediately.

Notes
For a stronger ginger flavor, increase the amount of grated ginger. Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
