Cooking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, unsalted butter, honey, brown sugar, minced garlic, salt, Dijon mustard, dried basil, and dried oregano until fully combined. Set aside 1-2 tablespoons of this sauce separately for serving.
- On a baking sheet, spread 1 tablespoon of olive oil and add the chopped sweet and small potatoes. Sprinkle with kosher salt and a pinch of black pepper, then toss to coat evenly.
- Place the sliced pork kielbasa on the baking sheet among the potatoes. Brush the kielbasa generously with the honey garlic sauce, reserving 1-2 tablespoons of sauce for later. Bake for 20 minutes.
- While the potatoes and kielbasa bake, drizzle the chopped broccoli with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and toss to coat.
- After the initial 20 minutes, remove the baking sheet from the oven and add the broccoli. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes or until the broccoli is vibrant green and tender.
- Remove the sheet pan from the oven. Brush the kielbasa with the reserved honey garlic sauce or drizzle the remaining sauce over all the ingredients. Serve hot.
