Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, unsalted butter, honey, brown sugar, minced garlic, salt, Dijon mustard, dried basil, and dried oregano until fully combined. Set aside 1-2 tablespoons of this sauce separately for serving.
  3. On a baking sheet, spread 1 tablespoon of olive oil and add the chopped sweet and small potatoes. Sprinkle with kosher salt and a pinch of black pepper, then toss to coat evenly.
  4. Place the sliced pork kielbasa on the baking sheet among the potatoes. Brush the kielbasa generously with the honey garlic sauce, reserving 1-2 tablespoons of sauce for later. Bake for 20 minutes.
  5. While the potatoes and kielbasa bake, drizzle the chopped broccoli with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and toss to coat.
  6. After the initial 20 minutes, remove the baking sheet from the oven and add the broccoli. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes or until the broccoli is vibrant green and tender.
  7. Remove the sheet pan from the oven. Brush the kielbasa with the reserved honey garlic sauce or drizzle the remaining sauce over all the ingredients. Serve hot.
