Prepare the Sauce

- Set the sauce aside.
Cook the Beef
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula.
Add Broccoli
- Add broccoli florets to the skillet and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.
Combine with Sauce
- Pour the honey garlic sauce over the beef and broccoli, stirring to coat everything evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Serve
- Serve the honey garlic ground beef and broccoli over cooked rice.
