Ingredients
  

Carrots
  • 1 pound carrots peeled and cut into sticks
Honey Garlic Butter Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Carrots
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the carrot sticks to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the honey garlic butter mixture.
Roast the Carrots
  1. Spread the coated carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  2. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and caramelized, stirring halfway through.
  3. Remove from the oven and serve warm.
