Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 pieces boneless chicken breasts skinless
Honey Butter Sauce
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
Peach Topping
  • 2 cups fresh peaches sliced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Method
 

Prepare the Honey Butter Sauce
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, honey, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth.
Cook the Chicken
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
Add Honey Butter Sauce
  1. Pour the honey butter sauce over the cooked chicken in the skillet. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
Prepare the Peach Topping
  1. In a bowl, toss the sliced peaches with lemon juice. Let sit for a few minutes.
Serve
  1. Plate the chicken and top with the fresh peach slices. Drizzle any remaining honey butter sauce over the top.
