Prepare the Ingredients
- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add the sliced carrots, celery, diced onion, and minced garlic on top of the chicken.
- Pour the chicken broth over the vegetables and chicken.
- Season with thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Cook the Soup
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
Add Noodles
- About 30 minutes before serving, shred the chicken in the crockpot and add the egg noodles.
- Stir well and cover to cook until the noodles are tender.
Serve
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve hot.
