Ingredients
  

Chicken and Base
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Plain, non-fat or low-fat.
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese Softened.
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce Adjust to taste.
Cheese and Toppings
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese For topping.
  • 1/4 cup green onions Chopped, for garnish.

Method
 

Prepare the Mixture
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, and buffalo sauce. Mix until well combined.
Bake the Dip
  1. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  2. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve
  1. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  2. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
  3. Serve warm with veggies, tortilla chips, or crackers.
