Prepare the Meatballs
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, feta cheese, egg, minced garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined, then form into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
Make the Tzatziki
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Stir until well mixed and adjust seasoning to taste.
- Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
Serve
- Serve the meatballs warm with a side of tzatziki for dipping.
- Garnish with additional dill or parsley if desired.
