Method
 

  1. In a small bowl, sprinkle 1 tablespoon of unflavored gelatin powder over ½ cup of cold water. Let it sit undisturbed for 5 minutes to absorb the water and bloom.
  2. Add ½ cup of hot water to the bloomed gelatin mixture. Stir continuously until the gelatin is completely dissolved and the liquid is smooth without any lumps.
  3. Stir in 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar, or a natural sweetener like stevia or honey according to preference.
  4. Enjoy the gelatin mixture warm immediately or refrigerate it for 1 to 2 hours to set into a jelly-like consistency.
  5. Drink the prepared gelatin 15 to 30 minutes before your largest meals.
