Ingredients
  

Mushrooms
  • 16 oz button mushrooms cleaned and sliced
Garlic Mixture
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil for sautéing
  • 1 tbsp butter for flavor
Seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
Garnish
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

Sauté the Mushrooms
  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are golden brown.
Add Garlic and Seasoning
  1. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional 2 minutes until fragrant.
  2. Season with salt and black pepper, stirring to combine.
Finish with Parmesan
  1. Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
  2. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
