Ingredients
  

Mushrooms
  • 16 oz button mushrooms cleaned and sliced
Garlic and Seasoning
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper to taste
Cheese and Herbs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
Oil
  • 2 tbsp olive oil for sautéing

Method
 

Sauté the Mushrooms
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté for about 5 minutes until they start to brown.
  2. Add minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Continue to cook for another 5-7 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and golden brown.
Add Cheese and Serve
  1. Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
  2. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.

Notes
