Sauté the Mushrooms
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté for about 5 minutes until they start to brown.
- Add minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Continue to cook for another 5-7 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and golden brown.
Add Cheese and Serve
- Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
