Frozen Yogurt Bark

Ingredients
  

Base
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt can use vanilla for added sweetness
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup for vegan option
Toppings
  • 1 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts almonds or walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips optional

Method
 

Prepare the Base
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and honey. Mix until smooth.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread and Top
  1. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
  2. Sprinkle the mixed berries, chopped nuts, and chocolate chips evenly over the yogurt.
Freeze
  1. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until completely frozen.
  2. Once frozen, remove from the freezer and break into pieces.
