Method
- Chill martini glasses. If rimming, dip rims in chocolate syrup, then crushed candy canes; set aside.
- Brew 3 oz strong espresso or cold brew; chill thoroughly.
- Fill a cocktail shaker 2/3 full with ice. Add non-alcoholic vodka alternative, non-alcoholic coffee liqueur alternative, chilled espresso, half & half, and peppermint extract.
- Securely close shaker and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until well-chilled and frothy. Double strain into the chilled, prepared martini glasses.
- Garnish each drink with 3 espresso beans. Add extra crushed candy canes or chocolate syrup for flair. Serve immediately.
