Ingredients

Cereals and Snacks
  • 2 cups Rice Chex Cereal
  • 2 cups Corn Chex Cereal
  • 1.5 cups Cheerios Cereal
  • 2.5 cups Gluten-Free Pretzels
  • 1 cup Salted Peanuts
  • 1 cup Red & Green M&Ms Candy
  • 16 oz Vanilla Almond Bark White Candy Melts or White Chocolate Chips
  • 1-2 Tablespoons red and green sprinkles
  • Flaky sea salt to taste

Equipment

  • microwave-safe bowl
  • cookie sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • large mixing bowl

Method

Preparation
  1. Spread out a few sheets of parchment paper on a cookie sheet or your counter to prepare a space for the mix to cool and set.
  2. Set aside half the M&Ms for decoration. In a large bowl, mix together Rice Chex, Corn Chex, Cheerios, gluten-free pretzels, half the M&Ms, and the salted peanuts.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt vanilla almond bark or white chocolate chips in 20-30 second intervals, stirring after each until smooth and lump-free.
  4. Pour the melted white chocolate over the cereal mixture, quickly stirring to evenly coat everything before the coating hardens.
  5. Transfer the coated mixture onto the prepared parchment paper. Immediately sprinkle the reserved M&Ms and optional sprinkles over the top. Allow the mixture to cool completely so the coating sets, forming some clusters.
  6. Once set, enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
