Cooking Instructions
- In a pan, heat 1 tbsp oil over medium heat. Add chopped garlic and sliced onions, sautéing for a few minutes until onions are lightly cooked and the garlic releases its aroma.
- Stir in 1 tbsp sesame oil and the sliced mushrooms. Continue to cook until mushrooms turn a light golden brown.
- Mix in sriracha sauce, rice vinegar, dark soy sauce, hoisin sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 2 minutes on medium heat.
- Add uncooked Maggi or ramen noodles and 3 cups of water. Increase heat to high and cook until noodles are fully cooked, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the sliced spring onions and cook for an additional one minute.
- Transfer to serving bowls, sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top, and serve hot.
