Method
Cook the Noodles
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Beef Mixture
- In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger to the skillet and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch, and beef broth. Pour this mixture into the skillet.
- Stir well and let it simmer for about 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Combine and Serve
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to combine with the beef mixture. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
