Ingredients
  

Quesadilla Filling
  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken Shredded or diced
  • 6 slices Bacon Cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Ranch Dressing Use your favorite brand
  • 4 large Flour Tortillas

Method
 

Prepare the Filling
  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and ranch dressing. Mix well.
  2. Divide the mixture into four equal portions.
Assemble the Quesadillas
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place one tortilla in the skillet.
  2. Spread one portion of the filling evenly over half of the tortilla.
  3. Fold the tortilla in half to cover the filling.
Cook the Quesadillas
  1. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on one side until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the other side is golden and the cheese is melted.
  2. Remove from skillet and repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
Serve
  1. Cut each quesadilla into wedges and serve warm with additional ranch dressing if desired.
