Prepare the Filling
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and ranch dressing. Mix well.
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions.
Assemble the Quesadillas
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place one tortilla in the skillet.
- Spread one portion of the filling evenly over half of the tortilla.
- Fold the tortilla in half to cover the filling.
Cook the Quesadillas
- Cook for about 3-4 minutes on one side until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the other side is golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet and repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
Serve
- Cut each quesadilla into wedges and serve warm with additional ranch dressing if desired.
