Ingredients
  

Pizza Base
  • 1 lb store-bought pizza dough or homemade
Toppings
  • 1/2 cup fig jam preferably artisanal
  • 4 oz goat cheese crumbled
  • 4 oz prosciutto thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for drizzling
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary chopped, optional

Method
 

Prepare the Pizza Base
  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.
Assemble the Pizza
  1. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet.
  2. Spread the fig jam evenly over the dough.
  3. Sprinkle the crumbled goat cheese over the fig jam.
  4. Layer the prosciutto slices on top of the cheese.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with chopped rosemary if using.
Bake the Pizza
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
  2. Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute before slicing.
Serve
  1. Slice the pizza with a pizza cutter and serve warm.
