- In a large mixing bowl, whisk the cold milk into the vanilla pudding packet until smooth with no lumps. Add 3-5 drops of green food coloring and mix until the color is evenly distributed.
- In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese together with the powdered sugar until the mixture is smooth and creamy without lumps.
- Gradually mix the green vanilla pudding mixture into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated and smooth.
- Gently fold in the entire container of cool whip until the mixture is light and fluffy.
- Stir in the mini marshmallows until they are well coated with the fluff mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving dish, cover with plastic wrap, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to set and allow flavors to meld.
- Before serving, top the fluff with whipped cream, red and green sprinkles, and a maraschino cherry on each serving.
